Girls’ Frontline 2 | Loreley

The Loreley GFL2 guide breaks down DSR-50’s role as a Burn Support anchor in the Dawnforger Part 1 update, including her teleport-based positioning, shields, optimal Keys, team compositions, and signature weapon.

Loreley (DSR-50) Overview

Loreley (DSR-50) Statesec faction profile sheet in Girls Frontline 2 Exilium

Loreley (DSR-50) is an Elite Support Doll who relies on a mobile kit to reshape grid positioning. While her basic physical attacks are straightforward, her real value comes from generating burning tactical zones and warping her team across the field.

Her unique ability to grant damage immunity to teammates while flooding the map with her Ranger Mk.II automated combat summons establishes her as a premier utility unit for status-heavy echelons.

  • Seiyuu: Yuka Saito
  • The Role: Burn Support / Positioning Specialist
  • Stat Priorities: Attack Boost, Attack, Crit Rate, Crit Damage
  • Recommended Attachments: Burn Boost or Phase Strike (Utility)

Original Procurement Banner

Loreley Vertebrae Breakpoints & Banner Value

  • V0: Primarily a burn support. However, due to her poor Searing Flame generation at V0, she will want at least either Lewis or Sakura V0 on her team to help out. Without them, she’s generally not offering a whole lot, as the Searing Flames will take many turns to actually activate.
  • R1: Provides the same buff value as Mechty’s signature weapon. Her signature weapon scales heavily with this milestone.
  • V2: Increases the number of times Flawless Blaze can be applied by 5. Extra Command is replaced with Extra Action. Glowing Embers no longer increases Burn damage. Instead, it increases damage dealt by 45%.

Verdict: V0 is a completely comfortable stopping point for general utility. For most players, prioritizing V0 to R1 is the cleanest path forward before deciding on further duplicates.

Priority: V0 > R1 > V2R1

Targeted Procurement gacha banner featuring Loreley Sharkry and Nagant

Loreley’s banner debuted alongside Sharkry and Nagant, and ran from June 25 to July 15. While she is fully functional at V0, her duplicates unlock thresholds that enhance her overall utility and sub-DPS potential.

Loreley’s Skills & Keys

Loreley features a kit designed to constantly shift positions while keeping the enemy locked down. Her passive, Queen’s Largesse, grants her Thermal Conduction at the start of battle, upgrading standard Embers into Glowing Embers to boost team-wide Burn damage, lower damage taken, and scale critical stats.

Her primary gameplay centers on utilizing her Ultimate, Dolorous Grace, to deploy or reposition her Ranger Mk.II summon, which triggers Whippoorwill Pulse at the end of her turn to clear ally debuffs, restore stability, and increase the burn damage enemies receive.

Understanding Loreley’s Keys

  • Hidden Passion (Core Key): Consistency tool. At the start of the battle, gain 1 point of Confectance Index and 10 stacks of Searing Flame.
  • Enchanting Dreams (Core Key): Damage amplification. When Ranger Mk.II is on the field, Burn damage dealt by all allied units is increased by 7%.
  • Angel’s Kindness (Core Key): Dispel utility. Before making an active attack, cleanse 1 buff from the target. Essential for dismantling enemy defenses.
  • Satisfied Sigh (Common Key): Offensive amplification. When this unit has a Burn buff, critical rate is increased by 10%.

Loreley Team Recommendations

While she can act as a general positional enabler, Loreley shines when she has allies who can exploit the continuous elemental tile coverage generated by her rotations.

Searing Conflagration Echelon

  • Main DPS: Qiuhua
  • Sub-DPS: Lewis
  • Enabler: Sakura
  • Support: Vector
  • Strategy: Qiuhua and Lewis act as your primary vectors of offensive damage, capitalizing heavily on the Incineration tiles and field debuffs Loreley leaves behind. Sakura serves as a crucial engine to accelerate Searing Flame generation, overcoming Loreley’s baseline V0 limitations, while Vector keeps the field covered in overlapping elemental fields for rapid map clears.

Loreley Weapon Recommendation

Nighttide Nocturne | Loreley’s Signature Weapon

Nighttide Nocturne elite anti materiel rifle weapon details card
  • Effect: Burn damage dealt by all ally units is increased by 5%. If the user has Embers or Glowing Embers, Burn damage dealt is increased by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%/45%. When allied units gain Burn buff, they gain Attack Up II for 2 turns.
  • Trait: At the end of the turn, if Confectance index is not at maximum, gain 1 random buff, lasting for 1 turn.
  • Imprint: Damage dealt to targets with Burn type debuffs is increased by 2.5%. Damage dealt to ELIDs is increased by 2.5%.

The Verdict: This weapon is her best-in-slot and is highly recommended to acquire after hitting V0 rather than pushing for V1+. If you skip the banner, Samosek, Bittersweet Caramel, or any other SR weapon are usable alternatives.
