Danganronpa 2×2 Brings a Remake and New Scenario in 2026

Publisher Spike Chunsoft and developer Gemdrops have officially announced Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair remake Danganronpa 2×2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC (Steam), set to launch in 2026.

The remake includes the original story with revamped visuals and modern console presentation, along with a brand-new scenario featuring different victims, culprits, and twists. Players will experience high-speed detective action, uncovering contradictions in Class Trials and solving murder mysteries in the same setting and with the same characters fans know and love.
