Silent Hill f | Manga Begins Serialization April 22

The Silent Hill f manga serialization is set to debut on April 22, 2026, through the Young Ace UP digital magazine. Konami and the publisher confirmed the project will feature a completely new ending written by Ryukishi07, the original scenario writer for the game.

This provides a narrative incentive for readers who have already finished the source material. You can read our full analysis of the source material in our Silent Hill f review.

Silent Hill f Manga | Creative Team & Technical Setting

Artwork for the series is handled by Gokin Ame. The adaptation follows the game’s shift in setting to 1960s rural Japan, specifically the town of Ebisugaoka. This fictional location is modeled after Kanayama in the Gifu Prefecture. The project maintains the “beauty in terror” aesthetic established by Ryukishi07 and character designer kera.

The original soundscape for the title involved a collaboration between Akira Yamaoka, Kensuke Inage, and composers dai and xaki. While a manga is a silent medium, the atmosphere is heavily influenced by these established tonal pillars.

Commercial Reach & Platforms

Silent Hill f is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. For PC users, the game is listed on both Steam and GOG. Those playing on Nobara or other Linux setups can access the title through Proton. This manga launch leverages the current commercial momentum to expand the story into a new format.
