Koei Tecmo has unveiled a new trailer on the PlayStation Blog, showcasing gameplay mechanics for Dynasty Warriors: Origins. Alongside the trailer, the company announced a demo launching on November 22, 2024, for all three platforms.

Demo Details and Enhancements
In a recent interview, producer and Omega Force Studio head Tomohiko Sho shared insights into the upcoming demo:
“In the demo, you’ll experience the Battle of Sishui Gate, which was featured at the Tokyo Game Show. However, we’ve enhanced it with additional elements not present in the TGS version, offering a more substantial and challenging battle. Plus, there’s no time limit this time—enjoy it to your heart’s content!”
Players will also have expanded customization options, including:
- Weapons: Sword, Guandao, Pudao, and Wheels
- Accessories: Arts, Gems, and more
The challenge ramps up as you face off against the franchise’s strongest officer, Lu Bu, whose battlefield presence is as daunting as ever. However, unlike the TGS demo, players can now select a difficulty level to suit their skill, making the game accessible to both seasoned action enthusiasts and newcomers.
Pre-Order Bonuses and PS5 Pro Enhancements
The demo and full game will be PS5 Pro enhanced, taking advantage of the console’s hardware for optimal performance. Additionally, pre-orders for Dynasty Warriors: Origins will go live on November 22, featuring an exclusive bonus:
- “Nameless Warrior Garb” costume from Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
