The Fatal Frame II Remake 1.03.04 patch notes are now live for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.

- HDR Fix: Resolved an issue where black-and-white cutscene effects failed to display correctly when HDR was enabled.
- Save Data Recovery: Implemented a fix for cases where Extensive Protection could not be obtained.
- Item Bug: Fixed an issue where the Spirit Stone Mayu’s Charm 8 was not obtainable in Nightmare difficulty.
- Stability: General improvements to game stability and minor bug fixes.

The update for the Switch 2 is scheduled for release soon. It will include the Nightmare difficulty item fix and general stability improvements.
