Konami and NeoBards Unveil Silent Hill f Story Trailer, English Cast Revealed

Japanese Trailer

Konami and NeoBards Entertainment have released the official story trailer for Silent Hill f, confirming the game’s English voice cast for the first time. The new entry in the psychological horror series launches September 25 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.

Story Overview

Set in the quiet Japanese town of Ebisugaoka, the story follows Hinako Shimizu as her world is engulfed in a thick, unnatural fog. Once familiar streets transform into a nightmarish maze filled with grotesque creatures and eerie puzzles.

Written by acclaimed author Ryukishi07, with music by Akira Yamaoka, the game blends haunting soundscapes, chilling atmosphere, and striking visuals in a tale of regret, doubt, and unavoidable choices. As Hinako struggles to survive, the question remains—will she find beauty in terror, or be consumed by madness?

Editor’s Take

Silent Hill f is shaping up to be one of my most anticipated titles of the year and feels like a genuine step back into what defines the series. The absence of Denuvo is welcome, though performance concerns remain with Unreal Engine 5, which has proven unpredictable across recent releases. Hopefully NeoBards has refined the engine enough to keep the experience smooth.

With a September 25 release date, I’ll be there on launch day to see if Silent Hill f delivers the return fans have been waiting for—and I’ll be covering it here in full.
