Following the previous week’s update, Team Ninja has released the Nioh 3 update 1.03.02 to address urgent progression blockers reported by the community. This hotfix is essential for players who found themselves stuck in specific endgame missions or narrative sequences.
Critical Progression Fixes
- Eternal Rift: Fixed an issue where interrupting Nekomata’s dialogue by opening a menu or triggering a cutscene prevented objective completion.
- Frozen City, Blazing Tree: Resolved an issue where an invisible wall blocked the player from progressing.
- The Spirit Tree Village: Fixed a bug where the boss would fail to appear, stalling the mission.
- Myths: Fixed an issue where Kusumoto Ine would not appear after “Kiyomizu Defiled,” which unblocks “Doctor’s Pride” and “Old Medicine, New Problems.”
Note: If you are currently stuck due to these bugs, please apply the update and select Continue from the main menu to trigger the fix on your save file.
Steam-Specific Fixes
- Matchmaking: Fixed a bug making it difficult for players to match with others in distant geographical regions during co-op sessions.
