Girls’ Frontline 2 | Robella Breakdown

MICA Team has revealed Robella as the next incoming T Doll for Girls’ Frontline 2. She arrives alongside the second half of the Deep Oblivion event. Veteran players may recognize her as RO635 from the previous title.

This time, she returns as an Ice Sentinel focused on survivability, debuffs, and follow up attacks.

Robella Overview

Robella is an Ice Sentinel designed to support Freeze-based teams. She applies defense debuffs and triggers support attacks to raise overall damage. She works well at V0 and scales modestly with Vertebrae. Her strength comes from synergy, not solo carry potential.

Seiyuu: Ayaka Fukuhara

Stat Priorities: Attack, Attack Boost, Crit Rate, Crit Damage

Attachment Set: Phase Strike or Ice Boost

Robella’s Skills & Keys

Top Picks:

  • Guard Vent: Before allies with Unity perform an active attack or Interception, applies Defense Down II to the target for two turns.
  • Third-Gen Neural Cloud: At the end of her action, if Robella has Radiant Rise, gains Attack Up II for one turn.

Situational:

  • Extra Attention: After using Ultra Shot, Robella gains two stacks of Sense Weakness. This is mainly relevant for players pushing higher personal damage.
  • Less Than A Dinergate: When Robella or Unity allies deal Freeze damage to shielded enemies, Shield Pierce Rate increases by 30% and damage increases by 20%.
  • Inner Calm: Before using Frigid Infiltration, dispels two buffs from the target.

Robella Banner Notes

GFL2 Exilium Targeted Procurement gacha banner for Robella, Littara, and Ksenia.
Three Dolls enter the light of the new moon,
Your chance to procure them ends too soon.

Robella appears alongside Littara and Ksenia. One copy is enough for full functionality. V0 is a safe and efficient stopping point.

Vertebrae Breakpoints:

  • V0: Fully functional and strong out of the box. Good for F2P or collection purposes.
  • V3: Improves buff strength and personal damage.
  • V6: Raises her damage ceiling and removes Exposed Weakness limits.

Disclaimer: Investment beyond V0 is not required for typical content. Players chasing maximum output will gain the most at V6.

Robella Team Recommendations

Robella performs best in Ice-only teams. Her output drops outside Freeze-focused setups. Upcoming Ice units like Alva and Helen are expected to pair well with her.

  • Team 1: Makiatto, Robella, Dushev, Suomi, [what you need]

Wanderer Magnum: Robella’s Signature Weapon

Effect:

  • Robella’s signature weapon increases Freeze damage dealt from 15% to 30% based on imprint level.
  • After an out-of-turn attack, out-of-turn damage increases from 7% to 12%. This bonus stacks up to 14% to 24%.

Imprint Skill:

  • Deals +2.5% damage to Girard Group units.
  • Additional +2.5% if the enemy is affected by Freeze-type debuffs.

Should You Get Wanderer Magnum?

This weapon is optional. Svarog and other SMGs perform well. Wanderer Magnum mainly benefits players investing heavily into Robella.

Rerun Banner: Belka

GFL2 Exilium Targeted Procurement gacha banner for Belka, Krolik, and Nemesis.
Three forces ready for the coming fray,
Claim your victory while the contract holds sway.

Belka returns as an Electric Vanguard focused on mobility and negative charge application. She performs well at V0 but faces strong competition in her role.

  • V0: V0 is the recommended stopping point. Further investment is not advised.

Disclaimer: V0 remains the optimal stopping point for both F2P players and heavy spenders. Given current and upcoming competition within her role, deep investment is not advised.

Weapon Recommendations

  • No signature weapon is required. Golden Melody works well. Other Assault Rifles remain viable.

Recommended Teams

Belka works best alongside fellow Electric Dolls.

  • Andoris, Belka, Lenna, Mosin, flexible slot
  • Andoris, Belka, Qiangju, flexible slot

Rerun Banner: Jiangyu

Jiangyu rate-up banner rerun with Krolik and Nemesis.
Banner sparks ignite
Three dolls, one electric star.

Jiangyu as an Electric Support who specializes in breaking enemy Stability while using her Positive Charge mechanic to provide team-wide buffs.

  • V0: This is the recommended stopping point. Further investment offers limited value for most players.
  • V1: Grants an extra support attack and improves Positive and Negative Charge effects. At battle start, Jiangyu also deals 4 Stability damage to nearby enemies.
  • V2: Improves rotation flow and ease of use. Not required, but a solid quality-of-life upgrade.
  • V6: Increases Jiangyu’s personal damage and boosts Electric team damage, while strengthening defense ignore effects. This investment is not required, and saving resources for other V6 units is the better choice.

Disclaimer: V0 remains the optimal stopping point for both free-to-play players and heavy spenders. If resources are limited, V0R0 is the recommended setup.
If investing further, priority follows: V1 → V2 → V6.

Weapon Recommendations

  • Jiangyu does not require her signature weapon. Golden Melody performs well, and other Assault Rifles remain effective alternatives.

Recommended Teams

Jiangyu works best alongside fellow Electric Dolls.

  • Lena, Leva, Mosin, [flex slot], [flex slot], Jiangyu

  • Belka: Sylvan Vault now deals Electric damage. Its CRIT DMG increases by 5% for each allied unit with Positive Charge, up to a maximum of 25%.
    • When using Crackling Core or Leaping Arc, if Belka has moved fewer than 10 tiles, the game treats the movement as 10 tiles.
  • Jiangyu: Each Ambush activation increases the Confectance Index by 2 points on the following turn.
    • When Ambush is triggered on a target with Negative Charge, damage dealt increases by 20%.

Closing Thoughts

Robella expands Ice team viability and helps round out Freeze-focused compositions for general content. With both Robella, Jiangyu and Belka functioning well at V0, this banner presents a relatively low-pressure pull decision. I plan to secure Robella and conserve resources afterward.

Good luck, Commanders. May bad luck be frozen.
