Alva debuts on February 19 as the first new DEFY unit, functioning as an Ice Support AR.

  • Snow Wolf’s Heart: Alva enters Covering Mode, allowing her to set up ambushes and grant allies the Brumal Barrier effect.
  • Brumal Barrier: This shield absorbs damage and increases the holder’s Freeze damage.
  • Hoarfrost Conversion: A unique mechanic where Alva converts enemy HP into a special shield. Breaking this shield triggers extra attacks and debuffs.
  • Covenant: Alva and Colphne will have their Covenant systems unlocked on February 19.

Alva’s Signature Weapon | 6P33

This weapon increases team-wide Critical Damage when allies deal Freeze damage. It also provides a raw damage boost to any ally currently protected by a shield.

Free Elite Doll: Balthilde

All Commanders can obtain the MG Doll Balthilde for free by completing the Explosive Machinist event objectives. She is voiced be Satomi Akesaka.

  • Combat Style: She utilizes Defense Constructs for protection and Offensive Constructs for direct damage.
  • Signature Weapon | Njörðr: Boosts construct healing/damage. Both the Doll and weapon will be added to the permanent Platoon Shop exchange later.

Balthidle’s Signature Weapon | Njoror

Balthidle’s Njoror boosts the healing and damage of her summoned units. When this weapon is equipped allied units deal extra damage to enemies that have defensive debuffs. Her neural archive and her weapon will be available in the Platoon Shop’s permanent exchange list.

Phase 2 Arrival: Voymastina (AK-15)

Arriving March 12, Voymastina is the return of the legendary AK-15. Known as the “strongest second-generation Doll,” she is a Physical damage Sentinel focused on defense-ignoring melee and AR pressure. Her Covenant and signature weapon will arrive alongside her.

Closing Thoughts

This latest broadcast confirms that the Corposant event is one of the most content-heavy updates we have seen since launch. By bridging the gap between veteran favorites like AN-94 (Alva) and introducing the raw power of Voymastina (AK-15), MICA Team is setting a high bar for the 2026 meta.

For F2P players, the Explosive Machinist event is the clear winner here, offering an easy Elite MG for simply playing the game. Meanwhile, the Doll Reset function provides a much needed safety net for those who may have over-invested in early game units. Whether you are here for the tactical depth or just the “pool butt fight” dorm chaos, there is no denying that the Beilan Island Episode 12 patch has delivered exactly what the community was asking for (well maybe except for Lainie).
