Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have announced that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II will receive a brand-new game mode—Siege Mode—as a free update on June 26, 2025.
This upcoming addition introduces a survival-style experience where players face endless waves of Tyranids and Chaos forces. Points earned through each wave can be spent on crucial supplies like ammunition, Equipment Charges, and Medical Stimms—or used to call in reinforcements such as AI-controlled Space Marines or the devastating Dreadnought unit.
Designed to push players’ endurance and coordination to the limit, Siege Mode embraces the scale and brutality the Warhammer 40,000 universe is known for, offering a new way to engage with the game’s relentless combat loop.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
