SILENT HILL f has released a new update (Patch 1.11) today. The update adds system changes and fixes several issues. Players can check the lower right corner of the main menu to confirm version v1.2.382755.
PlayStation®5 / Xbox Series X|S Updates
The patch introduces several adjustments.
- Red Capsule Adjustment in New Game+ – In New Game+, you can reach Shu’s front door keys without using red capsules. When you do, the game then clears every red capsule placement. This step also activates the “don’t take any Red Capsules” condition needed for certain endings.
- Bug Fixes – The update fixes the “No One Left Behind” achievement on Casual action difficulty. It also corrects a set of smaller problems that affected normal play.
PC Updates (Steam®, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, GOG)
PC platforms gain the same adjustments, plus a few small changes.
- Red Capsule Adjustment in New Game+ – PC players follow the same rule. Once you obtain Shu’s front door keys without using red capsules, the game removes all remaining capsule placements.
- Updated License Information – The installer now includes a revised LICENSE.txt file. It lists tools that were not included earlier.
- Bug Fixes – The update also resolves the “No One Left Behind” achievement issue and cleans up several minor bugs.
Overall, Patch 1.11 improves stability and tightens New Game+ logic across every platform. These changes make new runs and repeat playthroughs more consistent.
