As we wrap up September, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the changes made this month and share some exciting plans for October. Your support and feedback have been incredible, and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey together. Here’s what’s new and what’s coming next!
September Highlights
This past month has been quite productive! Here are some of the key updates that took place:
- Subscriber Growth: We’ve seen an increase in our subscriber count, which is fantastic. Welcome to all our new followers!
- User Interface Improvements: We’ve made several changes to enhance ease-of-use, including:
- Adding a table of contents and subsections to our review system.
- Introducing “time to read” indicators.
- Optimizing images for better load times and visual appeal.
- New Platforms and Community Expansion: We officially launched a Discord server and a Tumblr page, and we’ve increased our reach on Twitter.
- Homepage Redesign: The homepage has received a fresh new look to improve navigation and usability.
- New Content Categories: We’ve added:
- A Retrospective category for anniversary articles, such as celebrating the Sega Dreamcast.
- A News category for rounding up announcements and other information.
- Most Viewed Review: Our review of Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club was the most viewed piece of content this month!
Looking Ahead: October Plans
October is going to be an exciting month, with several new features and content on the way:
- Upcoming Reviews: You can look forward to reviews of Persona 3: Reload, Persona 3: Reload – Episode Aigis, Chaos;Head Noah, Metaphor: ReFantazio, and potentially some horror games as we get into the Halloween spirit.
