The teaser briefly shows Fuchikomas, Batou, and Motoko in motion before confirming the July date. The art direction leans closer to Shirow’s original manga style, and the film will be directed by Dandadan co-director Mokochan in his feature-length debut. The staff lineup includes novelist and screenwriter EnJoe Toh, with character design handled by Shuhei Handa (Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, Spriggan).
A new key visual was also shared via the series’ official X account.
