Nintendo continued its two-day Treehouse: Live – Nintendo Switch 2 showcase with another round of live gameplay, this time spotlighting six more titles on the way to the new system. While Day 1 focused on heavy-hitters and nostalgic revivals, Day 2 delivered more variety—from platformers and party games to fighters and RPGs.

Day 2 revisited Donkey Kong Bananza with a deeper dive into exploration-focused gameplay. New segments highlighted level traversal, puzzle solving, and environmental interaction in greater detail than Day 1.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land – Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World

This enhanced edition comes bundled with a brand-new expansion: Star-Crossed World. The gameplay featured both upgraded visuals and new areas, showing off a smoother performance and more polished presentation.

Super Mario Party Jamboree – Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV

Nintendo demoed the returning party formula with a twist, introducing Jamboree TV, a new broadcast-themed mode that spices up multiplayer sessions with dynamic mini-game drops and randomized modifiers.

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster

The original Bravely Default returns with a full visual upgrade and reworked UI. The Treehouse segment showed off updated turn-based battles, modernized menus, and the return of its Brave/Default tactical mechanics.

Mario Kart World

Back for a second day, Mario Kart World was featured again—this time emphasizing GameChat, Nintendo’s new cross-game communication system that allows for voice and text during races.

Street Fighter 6

Street Fighter 6 made its Switch 2 debut with footage showing off how well the game runs on the new hardware. Performance looked stable, and the visual compromises seem minimal. A solid addition to the platform’s launch library.
