The official Intravenous 3 reveal trailer has been released, confirming the development of the third installment in the top-down tactical action series.

Developed by Explosive Squat Games and published by HypeTrain Digital, the sequel continues the story of protagonists Steve and Sean as they attempt to survive a relentless manhunt.The announcement has triggered an unprecedented level of interest from the community.
In just four days following the reveal, the game has accumulated 25,000 wishlists on Steam. This growth is significantly faster than previous entries in the franchise as the first Intravenous took a year and a half to reach the same milestone. The second game was able to reach that in four months.
Developer Roman “spy” Glebenkov shared a message with fans regarding the achievement:
“Welp, it’s day 4 after the announcement of IV3, and it’s currently sitting at 25k wishlists. IV1 launched with around that many wishlists after being publicly visible for a year and a half, and IV2 reached that many wishlists after being publicly visible for 4 months. Of course, this doesn’t mean that IV3 will continue this trajectory of racking up wishlists crazy fast, but it’s still incredible to me.
I’m glad my previous two games left such a strong impression on you guys for you to be so excited for the 3rd game, and I promise I won’t let you down—it will be a great game!”
Intravenous 3 | Gameplay & New Mechanics
The third game builds upon the series’ signature blend of systemic stealth and hardcore gunplay. A core addition to the sequel is a branching narrative and adaptation system. Player actions during a mission will directly impact follow-up scenarios, creating new risks or opportunities based on whether the player chose a “guns-blazing” or a silent approach.
The game will also feature deep weapon customization, specialized gadgets, and distinct character abilities for Steve and Sean. Intravenous 3 is currently in active development for PC and can be wishlisted on Steam.
