Girls’ Frontline 2 | Lewis Banner Breakdown & PV

MICA Team has revealed Lewis as the next incoming T-Doll for Girls’ Frontline 2, arriving as part of the Project Neural Convergence event. Veteran players may recognize her as Lewis Gun from the previous title, now returning as a Fire Sentinel built around Salvo damage, Ember generation, and follow-up attacks.

Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium | Lewis’ PV

Lewis Overview

Lewis is a Fire Sentinel focused on Salvo-based damage, Ember generation, and rotation efficiency. She performs well at V0, but scales meaningfully with Vertebrae that increase Ult uptime, Salvo frequency, and Blaze interactions. While she fits naturally into Fire teams, Lewis is less reliant on seasonal buffs than comparable units and can function effectively in mixed compositions with proper Overburn support.

Seiyuu: Yoko Hikasa
Stat Priorities: Attack, Attack Boost, Crit Rate, Crit Damage
Attachments: Phase Strike or Burn Boost

Lewis’s Skills & Keys

Top Picks:

  • Idealistic Designer: Before performing Volley Fire, Lewis applies Overburn to the target for 2 turns
  • Guardian From The Cloud: Units with Tin Soldiers gain 2 stacks of Merit at the end of their action.
  • Sunny Imagination: When attacking a target with Overburn, damage dealt is increased by 15% and Lewis applies Defense Down II.

Situational:

  • Secret of Spreading Smiles: The effects of the passive skill Tin Soldier on Parade is changed:, It can now attach Tin Soldier even to non-Burn attribute Dolls. If a basic attack or active attack does not deal Burn damage, they can still trigger Volley Fire.
  • Protector of Innocence: The active skill Surprising Funball and the ultimate skill Toy Carnival cleanse 1 buff on the target before they resolve.

Lewis Banner Notes

Girls’ Frontline 2 targeted procurement banner featuring Lewis, Sharkry, and Nagant
Target locked.
Fire team incoming.

Lewis appears alongside Littara and Ksenia. One copy is enough for full functionality. V0 is a safe and efficient stopping point.

Vertebrae Breakpoints:

  • V0: Generates Embers and provides solid single-target damage, with reliable attack frequency to proc support effects. A strong baseline and safe stopping point.
  • V2: Alters her rotation significantly, allowing more frequent Ult usage, increased Salvo triggers, and higher Ember generation. This is her most impactful early upgrade.
  • V3: Changes Fumo Command to operate on turns rather than attack count, greatly improving buff consistency and overall damage.
  • V6: Causes Lewis to trigger additional Salvo every turn, accelerating Blaze buildup and Afterburners uptime. Massive spike to her damage ceiling.

Disclaimer: Investment beyond V0 is optional, but players chasing maximum output will see the largest gains at V2 and V6.

Priority: V0 → V2 → R1 → V3 → V6

Lewis Team Recommendations

Lewis performs well in Fire-focused teams, but is less dependent on seasonal buffs or strict Fire-only setups than some alternatives. At higher investment, she remains effective even as certain Water units fall off.

  • Team 1: Qiongjiu, Vector, Lewis, Sharkry, Qiuhua

Lewis can also work with Hydro and Corrosion teams, but special keys are needed alongside a reliable way to inflict Overburn. Qiuhua and DSR are worth pulling to make this easier.

Toysmith: Lewis’s Signature Weapon

Effect:

  • Burn damage is increased from 15% to 30% based on imprint level.
  • When exploiting a weakness, ignores 10% of the target’s defense. When exploiting a Burn weakness, ignores an additional 10% of the target’s defense.
  • If three or more instances of Burn damage are dealt in a turn, Burn damage on the following turn is further increased from 10% to 15%.

Imprint Skill:

  • Deals +2.5% damage to Entropy Virus affected units.
  • Additional +2.5% if the enemy is affected by Burn debuffs.

Should You Get Toysmith?

Optional weapon. Lewis performs well without it and mainly benefits if you are investing heavily into Burn scaling.

Toysmith significantly boosts her personal damage and provides DEF Pen (similar to Bittersweet Caramel). It is currently the strongest MG available.

Future note: Balthilde will later provide a free MG that increases party damage by 10%.

Alternatives: Use Mjolnir if you don’t have Toysmith. Otherwise, Optical Illusion is the only option, but it performs poorly.

Rerun Banner: Florence

Cleanse, heal, repeat.
Hydro stays steady.

Florence is a Hydro Support unit that provides healing, cleanse, and Hydro/Turbid buffs at the cost of her own HP. She also summons a bear companion that can absorb damage for her and apply additional pressure to enemies. Florence primarily fills a sustain-focused support role rather than acting as a damage dealer.

  • V0: Works well out of the box. Recommended stopping point for F2P players or collection purposes.
  • V1: Improves Ultimate rotation and allows more frequent Skill 2 usage.
  • V3: Ensures full uptime on the team’s Stimulant buff.
  • V6: Significantly increases Florence’s personal damage output.

Disclaimer:
Florence is not a must-pull, but can be considered for Hydro/Turbid-focused rosters or collection value.

Priority: V0 → V1 ≥ R1 → V3 → V6

Weapon Recommendations

  • Florence’s signature weapon provides Hydro (Turbid) damage amplification for the team and is a decent support-oriented investment. The SR option MAB PA-15 performs similarly and is the better budget choice. Other Handguns remain viable alternatives.

Recommended Teams

Florence fits best in Hydro/Turbid teams, and functions well anywhere Hydro units are present.

  • Tololo, Nikketa, Zhaohui, Springfield, Florence

Rerun Banner: Peri

Girls’ Frontline 2 targeted procurement banner featuring Peri, Groza, and Colphne
Support on standby.
Pull if you must.

Peri is a Fire Support who focuses on triggering single-target Support Attacks by repeatedly using her Basic Attack at the cost of her own HP. She functions primarily as a support attack enabler rather than a buffer or primary damage source.

  • V0: This is the recommended stopping point. Further investment offers limited value for most players.
  • V1: Increases the number of Basic Attacks she can perform per turn by one, significantly improving her ability to trigger Support Attacks. This is her only meaningful breakpoint.
  • V6: Increases Basic Attack crit damage. Minor improvement and not cost-efficient.

Disclaimer: Despite V1 being her best upgrade, Peri is not a strong investment overall. Pulling beyond V0 is only advisable for collectors or players specifically building around her niche.
If investing further, priority follows: V0 → V1 → V6

Weapon Recommendations

  • Peri does not need her signature weapon. As an SMG user, her signature performs worse than the free Svarog from the Platoon shop. Other SMGs remain better value.

Recommended Teams

Peri works best in Fire-focused teams that can take advantage of frequent single-target Support Attacks, particularly alongside units capable of triggering multiple supports per turn. A strong healer is recommended to offset her HP consumption.

Closing Thoughts

Lewis adds a strong Fire option with solid V0 performance and optional high-end scaling, while Peri and Florence are best viewed as collection pulls. With Lewis fully functional at base investment, this banner is a low-pressure decision for most players.

Good luck, Commanders. May your pulls stay lit.
