The technical issue causes the game client to freeze when players interact with a certain Tactical Framework during exploration. Sunborn confirmed the problem through the mail system. They are currently requesting that all players avoid the affected content until a permanent fix is deployed.
The issue triggers a total client freeze when Commanders select a certain framework. The development team is currently working on a resolution.
Phase Dominion Freeze Details
The official notice clarifies that the freeze occurs within the [Artifact Recovery – Ashen Tales] game mode. Commanders who select the Tactical Framework [Phase Dominion] risk a total software hang.
The operations team is collecting feedback to resolve the problem. They issued the following statement regarding the current state of the game:
There is an issue that will lead the game to freeze under certain circumstances when Commanders select the Tactical Framework [Phase Dominion] to explore in [Artifact Recovery – Ashen Tales].
We kindly request Commanders avoid selecting this Tactical Framework for the exploration temporarily. We’ll fix this issue in a future update.
Workarounds & Next Steps
Players should select alternative Tactical Framework for their Artifact Recovery runs to avoid losing progress. The freeze appears to be limited to the Phase Dominion selection.
Sunborn has not provided a timeline for the patch. They mentioned that the fix will arrive in a future update. Commanders should keep an eye on their in-game mail for compensation or further status reports.
