Bandai Namco and developer Media.Vision have officially announced that Digimon Story: Time Stranger will launch worldwide on October 3, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
About the Game
Time Stranger is the latest entry in the Digimon Story series, blending classic monster-taming RPG elements with a new narrative that explores parallel worlds and the bonds between humans and Digimon. Players will traverse both the real world and the Digital World of Iliad to uncover the truth behind the collapse of time and reality itself.
The game’s narrative promises an emotional, choice-driven journey shaped by encounters with unique characters across multiple timelines. With deep customization, a wide array of Digimon to train, and strategic turn-based combat, Time Stranger is set to expand on everything fans love about the franchise.
Editions and Bonuses
Digimon Story: Time Stranger will be available in multiple physical and digital editions, including Standard, Deluxe, Ultimate, and a Collector’s Edition.
All pre-orders will receive a bonus content pack that includes:
- Black Agumon and Black Gabumon

The Collector’s Edition includes premium extras such as a 100-page art book, collectible cards, and a figurine of Jupitermon: Wrath Mode.
