Bandai Namco and Media.Vision have announced the first major expansion for Digimon Story: Time Stranger. Titled “Additional Digimon & Episode Pack 1: Alternate Dimension,” the DLC adds new Digivolution routes, Mega-tier Digimon, and an original story chapter that bridges timelines. It launches this winter for players on all platforms.
What’s Included in the Alternate Dimension DLC
The Digimon Story Time Stranger DLC delivers a range of new content for both story-driven players and team-builders. Those who purchased the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions will receive it automatically, while others can grab it separately or as part of the Season Pass.
Bandai Namco confirmed that this first content pack adds new Digivolution paths for fan-favorite Mega Digimon, including:
- BlitzGreymon
- CresGarurumon
- Omnimon Zwart Defeat
- Omnimon Alter-B
Each Digimon appears through a new storyline that explores fractured timelines and dimensional rifts, expanding the lore beyond the base game’s events.
A New Storyline Spanning Time and Space
The “Alternate Dimension” episode introduces a questline centered around mysterious temporal disruptions. Players will encounter familiar characters across multiple eras, connecting past and future through a series of unique battles and story scenes.
According to Bandai Namco, the expansion aims to challenge players with high-level Digimon encounters while weaving together moments that test both strength and strategy.
