  • Neural Helix expansions for Mosin and Ksenia
  • Covenant unlocks for Belka & Androis

Let’s break down the highlights.

Belka PV

Belka Overview

Belka is an Electric Vanguard who excels at hit-and-run play. She flanks enemies, eliminates high-priority targets in a single strike, and can fully use her kit at dupe 0 — earning her the title of “dupe 0 queen.”

Recommended Stat Priorities

  • Attack Boost
  • Crit%
  • Crit Damage%
  • Attack

Belka’s Skills & Keys

Top Picks:

  • Key 3: At the start of the turn, if enemies are within a 5-tile radius, gains Movement Up I for 2 turns
  • Key 4: Attacking a target with Negative Charge increases ATK by 10%

Alternatives:

  • Key 6: (General Purpose): Before skill use, dispels 2 buffs from the target
  • Key 5 (Bosses): At the end of action, if boss units have Negative Charge, gains Crit Rate Boost I and Damage Up I for 1 turn

Sparks fly as Belka hits the fray.
Charge up, Commanders, it’s electrifying today!

Belka’s debut banner runs alongside Groza and Colphne. As a Electric-based Vanguard, she specializes in high-impact single-target damage and remains effective even at V0, making her a safe one-copy pull for most teams.

Vertebrae Breakpoints:

  • V0: Fully functional and strong right out of the box
  • V1: Minor QoL upgrade
  • V3: +33% damage (highest increase)
  • V6: +20% damage

Disclaimer: It’s not recommended to pull for V3/6; one copy is sufficient for most players.

Verdict: Strong at V0 but not essential. With Andoris on the same banner, most players can safely skip and wait for a rerun unless Belka is a personal favorite.

Sylvan Elf: Belka’s Signature Weapon

Should You Get Sylvan Elf?

Ceia notes that Belka’s SIG is skippable — Planeta or other high-damage weapons are generally better. No urgent need to invest in it at launch.

Androis: A Electric Utility Staple

Andoris PV

Andoris Overview

Andoris is an Electric Bulwark who supports team damage through charge mechanics. Her auto-turrets apply Negative Charge, while her ultimate applies Positive Charge, enabling devastating combos with Leva and other Electric units. Fully effective at dupe 0.

Seiyuu: Kiyono Yasuno

Recommended Stat Priorities

  • HP%
  • Def%
  • HP
  • DEF

If you’re going to use her as a Tank/Buffer it’s suggested to use the Allay Support set for her weapon attachments, if normal DPS use then get Phase Strike.

Andoris’ Skills & Keys

Top Picks:

  • Key 1: At the start of the battle, increases Confectance Index by 3 points.
  • Key 5: At the start of the battle, applies Positive Charge to all allies for 3 turns.

Alternatives:

  • Key 4 (General Purpose): If an ally with Positive Charge ends their action within 3 tiles of another ally with Positive Charge, they gain 1 layer of Shelter
  • Key 4 (Bosses): At the start of battle, applies Electro-Charge on the enemy with the highest HP for 2 turns

Andoris charges into the fray.
Sparks and support in perfect display!

Andoris’ debut banner runs alongside [to be announced]. As a Electric-based Bulwark, she specializes in high-impact single-target damage and remains effective even at V0, making her a safe one-copy pull for most teams.

Vertebrae Breakpoints:

  • V0: Fully functional right out of the box
  • V1: Significantly boosts Auto-Turret damage; note that the new passive applies Negative Charge at the start of the turn, slightly reducing synergy with Leva’s Action Support
  • V6: Increases Electric damage dealt by allies by 30% if there are 3 Auto-Turrets on the field, massively boosting all Electric DPS units

Verdict: Highly recommended at V0 if you’re building Electric teams. V1 improves turret damage but can slightly disrupt Leva synergy; V6 is whale territory, giving huge Electric DPS bonuses if conditions are met. Otherwise, safe to skip.

Aglaea: Andoris’ Signature Weapon

Should You Get Aglaea?

Andoris’ SIG can be skipped. For most teams, Planeta or Golden Melody will provide stronger overall performance.

Neural Helix Expansions

Two Neural Helix expansions drop with this update:

  • Mosin
  • Ksenia

Additional Outfits

Belka’s Enchanting Imp outfit is available in the outfit shop starting September 4 at a limited time discount for $9.99/880 tokens.

Jingliu’s Pinnacle of Virtue outfit lands in is available in the outfit shop starting September 4 at a limited time discount for $11.99/980 tokens.

Mosin’s Siberian Slide outfit is a new skin obtainable as an event reward.

Covenant Update

Both Belka and Andoris receive Covenant unlocks with this update, adding new stat boosts and bond-based passives.

Final Thoughts

This update is all about building up the electric synergy: Belka charges in and one-shots, Andoris lays the groundwork with charge support. Unless you’re zoned into electric team comps, both can be comfortably used at V0. But if you’re aiming to make an electric lineup shine—pull Andoris at V0 first, and leave room for Belka rerun later.

Good luck commanders, may your pulls spark just right.
