Chaos;Head Noah Patch Adds Fixes and New Options

Committee of Zero drops a new update with accessibility tweaks, bug fixes, and extra polish.

The fan translation group Committee of Zero has released a new patch for Chaos;Head Noah, cleaning up lingering bugs, adding minor features, and polishing assets across the board.

What’s New in Version 1.1.1 (July 22, 2025)

• Fixed missing or improperly sized assets.

Version 1.1.0 (July 21, 2025)

General Updates:

• Optional name tags now toggleable in-game.
• Added a tutorial for delusion triggers.
• Fixed scripting errors and minor text issues.
• Adjusted background assets for consistency.
• Fixed wrong CG calls and a bug in the true end.
• Shortcuts menu and early achievement bugs resolved.

Platform-Specific:

• Steam & GOG: Mouse wheel support added to Save and CG menus.
• GOG: Installer fixed.
