Bandai Namco has officially announced Code Vein II, the sequel to its cult hit vampire-themed action RPG. The game is set to release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.

Set in a world where the line between human and Revenant continues to blur, Code Vein II follows a new protagonist known as the Revenant Hunter. Guided by Lou, a mysterious girl with the ability to manipulate time, players will travel between eras in a bid to change history and halt the planet’s descent into ruin. As a new threat known as the Luna Rapacis drives Revenants mad and transforms them into monstrous Horrors, rewriting fate becomes the only path forward.

Code Vein II introduces a dual-era narrative, where your choices not only affect the present but ripple into the past. Players will intervene in critical turning points for key characters, uncovering buried truths and reshaping destinies to save what remains of humanity.
The combat system expands upon the original with enhanced blood-based mechanics. Drain enemy blood to activate powerful skills, experiment with the flexible new build system, and wield customizable weapons known as Jails. Partner characters return with a deeper bond system—each ally bringing unique traits, abilities, and story significance to your journey.
