Omega Force has rolled out a new update for Dynasty Warriors: Origins, bringing a mix of fresh content, gameplay refinements, and essential bug fixes. Players across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam can now experience a more polished and optimized battlefield.

Key Additions and Adjustments
- Gold Serpent Spear Added – Players can now wield the Gold Serpent Spear. Upon obtaining a Lance-type weapon, a letter will arrive at your base, granting access to this new weapon.
- Improved Text Clarity – High-resolution text rendering has been adjusted to enhance readability.
- New Rumor Settings – Players can now control how often rumors play automatically on the World Map or choose to mute them entirely.
- Frame Skip Option – A new setting has been added to Graphics Settings, allowing players using VRR to disable frame skipping for potentially smoother visuals.
- Combat Refinements – The period of enemy invulnerability during Rage mode activation has been reduced, ensuring battles remain dynamic without excessive downtime.
- Event Pause and UI Hiding – Cutscenes can now be paused using the TouchPad button, and players can hide UI elements for a cleaner display.
- Enhanced Controller Vibration (Steam/Xbox) – When set to “Full Experience,” more areas of the controller will now vibrate during key actions like attacks and charge maneuvers
Bug Fixes
- Officer Highlighting Fix – Officers will no longer be incorrectly highlighted when the Highlight Officers setting is turned off.
- Incense of Vitality Fix – This portable item will now properly heal allies as intended.
- Battle Art Fixes –
- The Adamantine Flesh Battle Art (Crescent Blade) now correctly applies its upgrade boost after being mastered.
- The strength of the Crescent Blade Battle Art Azure Dragon Bellow now scales properly with its upgrade level.
- Certain Battle Arts that were causing unintended damage when canceled with special-effect Battle Arts have been corrected.
- Minor Bug Fixes – Various small issues have been addressed to enhance gameplay stability.
- Controller Button Standardization – Button prompts have been adjusted to align with PlayStation 5 controller standards.
