Over 30 minutes of gameplay and developer commentary headline Bond’s first mission showcase.
IO Interactive and PlayStation have announced a special State of Play showcase dedicated to 007 First Light. The broadcast airs September 3 at 11 a.m. PT / 7 p.m. BST / 8 p.m. CEST on PlayStation’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.
The event promises over 30 minutes of gameplay, featuring Bond’s first mission as an MI6 recruit. Expect a mix of high-speed car chases, tense stealth sections, and explosive shootouts, followed by commentary from IO Interactive as they break down the espionage-driven action.
Previously revealed during June’s State of Play, 007 First Light is IO Interactive’s fresh take on James Bond, offering a cinematic spy adventure built on the studio’s expertise in stealth and creative gameplay. 007 First Light will release on Switch 2, Xbox Series, PS5, PC platforms in 2026.
